Important notes for arrangement of invitation and VISA support to you

In order to arrange the Official Invitation via Ministry for
Foreign Affairs of Russia we need following information about you and

Each member of your crew:
1) Copy of passport (you have to send the front page of your passports with photo and number (by e-mail in .jpg format) to e-mail-address: info@sailingschool.ru
   1.1. Passport number,
   1.2. Date of birth,
   1.3. Place of birth,
   1.4. Passport expire date,
   1.5. Citizenship
2) Home address, tel./fax number, e-mail address
3) National Authority (Sailing Federation, Yacht-club etc.)
   3.1. Name of the National Authority
   3.2. address of the National Authority
   3.3. tel. and fax number, e-mail address of the National Authority
4) Your position at National Authority
5) The name of the town where you will obtain your visa.

6) Fax number with country and city code and e-mail address to send you the copy of the Invitation

7) Any address (home or business) to send you Original Invitation

Important note: passports must be valid until 01.03.2008 (6 months after your departure from Russia).

Note 1: Procedure of getting invitation letter may take 10-15 working days
Note 2: You can send copies of your documents via members of Russian team at Europeans
Note 3: Please, indicate if you want also to participate at XXI International Moscow Regatta, which will be held at August, 11-18 just before Silver Cup.
